Returns and Cancellations Terms

Shipping: Orders are typically sent out within 48 hours of the purchase date. Customers will be informed appropriately of the estimated shipment date for lead-time items. It is not possible to change or cancel an order after we have dispatched it. Before any product is shipped, we may accept cancellations (subject to order placement request).

Return/Replacement Criteria
  • If customers have received products different from what was ordered
  • Delivered with any defect
  • If delivered products have missing components or attachments,
  • If the delivered products are physically damaged, or significantly different from the merchant's description.
How to make a return request?

Within 24 hours of receiving the order, customers may submit a return request or complaint to [email protected] with an exact image or video showcasing the defect in the product or by calling our helpline at +91-9710076550. Please note, the customers can raise a return request only upon receiving a damaged product, an empty package, an item that is missing from the package, or for any other reason that meets the requirements listed above.

Customer Support will validate the return request and share an update on the pickup process. Please make sure the product is unused and in original packaging, with all of the included labels, as well as the user manual, warranty card, and invoice.

Where to return the products?

If the customer’s location is not a serviceable area, our courier service may pick up the product from locations/areas under the serviceable pin code. In any case, the customer’s area does not fall under serviceable location, they must send the products to the following address:

Order cancellation process : Customers in case want to cancel their purchase, must write an email to [email protected] or call on our helpline number +91-9710076550 Please be aware that cancellation requests will only be accepted before the shipment of the order.

    We at VeerCo hold the right to cancel the order when:
  • The ordered product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable
  • The Delivery address is inaccessible
  • The Delivery address is inaccessible
  • There are limitations on the amount ordered
  • Our Inspection & Quality Department has found issues in the products in stock.
  • There provided address is incomplete or incorrect

Refund Procedure: The refund request can only be made if the specified model or specs of the product is unavailable or out of stock. In such case, customers may choose a refund following the procedure prescribed below:

You can simply call our Supply Chain Team at +91-9710076550 or send us an email at [email protected] with your Order Id. After acceptance, your reimbursement will be processed. One of three procedures will be used to credit your account after your refund has been approved:

  • If you made a bank transfer payment to our account, like an NEFT transfer, you will receive the refund in the same account.
  • The same method you used to purchase the item as a refund (called Back to Source, this method is available for all sellers) such as a Debit or Credit Card to make your purchase, your refund would be made to the same card or account.
  • The money will be returned to the same wallet whether you paid using a QR code and Paytm or any other digital wallet.

You will get an email confirming the refund once it is initiated from our end, and it will take up to 5 working days to credit the money to your account.

Rules and Regulations :You may get in touch with us at the aforementioned contact number or email address if the amount is still not reflected.

  • A Product has been worn, used or changed.
  • A product has physical damage to it or the box.
  • Requested the return after the recommended deadline.
  • Lost the original packing and accessories.
  • The sealed packaging of branded goods is broken.
  • You have received the right Product code/Model number.

Replacements are subject to the product's availability and the product has to be provided in pristine condition.

Please check the categories in which returns are not permitted.

  • Tools and safety: Used or damaged power tools, unpacked seal-packaged safety products
  • Electricals: The products are turned on, the motor is used or cables are removed from their sealed packaging
  • Testing and Measuring: Used sensors, calipers and gauges are operated
  • Pneumatics: Company’s seal is broken
  • Pumps, Water: The pump is switched on or installed in the bore while using a bore well or submersible.
  • Hardware: Damaged bearing seal or broken hydraulic oil/paint seal
  • Consumables: Tempered the regular pack's seal

All products offered by VeerCo come with a general guarantee in accordance with OEM policy. We provide assistance in the warranty's implementation.
