1. User Agreement for VeerCo

The User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as an "Agreement") between M/S VEER & COMPANY (herein referred to as VeerCo) and its website users is set out below.

VeerCo assumes that users have read, understood, and accepted the Agreement before they subscribe to, participate in, or use the website. Users are not permitted to access or otherwise use the website if they do not accept or desire to be bound by the Agreement.

2. Contract With User

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the VeerCo website, located at [Link], as well as the services offered there. This website user agreement shall come into effect from [Date].

3. Modification To The User(S) Agreement

VeerCo reserves the right to update, modify, alter, or change this agreement at any time without prior notice to the user(s). The revised and restated terms and conditions of use will take effect as soon as posted. Users are urged to review this User Agreement often for any updates or changes to the terms and conditions. Users must cease using the service if they don't follow the modifications. Also, users will be deemed to have accepted the modified terms if they continue to use the service

4. Eligibility Of User(S)

Any person, corporation or organization that is legally permitted to operate in India or other nations that utilizes or has the right to use the services offered by VeerCo is referred to as a user (or users). Only those people or businesses that may lawfully enter into contracts under the relevant legislation, namely the Indian Contract Act of 1872, are eligible to use our services. If users are a minor and would want to buy or sell anything on the website, their parents or legal guardian who has registered on the site may make such a purchase or sale on their behalf. VeerCo reminds users that they must obey all applicable laws in order to visit the website. VeerCo disclaims all liability for any harm that may result from their actions while using the website. Also, VeerCo has the right to revoke its membership and deny users access to the Website at any time, at its sole discretion.

If users are registering on behalf of a business entity, users acknowledge that users have the necessary permission from the business entity to accept this User Agreement and to bind the business entity to its terms.

5. Electronic Communications

Users agree and understand that users are communicating with VeerCo through electronic records when they use the website or send emails or other data, information, or communication. Users also consent to periodically receive communications via electronic records from VeerCo as and when necessary.

5. Registration of User Account

There is a formal process to become a registered user, which is for the user's convenience so they may access and exit the website with ease.

By providing the necessary information on the website's online registration form, visitors may register as a User(s) (Name, Contact Information, Details of its Business, etc.). Upon registration, VeerCo will create an account (an "Account") for the user(s) and assign a login name (a "User ID") and password (a "Password") for access to their Account. Maintaining the secrecy of the User ID and Password is users’ responsibility if they use the Website as a Registered User. Users are accountable for any actions that take place under their User ID, Password, email address, or mobile number, as applicable, as well as for protecting the confidentiality of their personal and non-personal information and limiting access to their computer, computer system, and computer network.

If users register on behalf of a business entity, users represent that entity and certify that: (a) the address users use when registering is the business entity's principal place of business; (b) all other information users provide to VeerCo during the registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete; and (c) users have the authority to bind the entity to the terms and conditions of use and/or this Agreement.

By signing up as a Registered User, users agree to have their personal and non-personal data included in our online database and give VeerCo permission to use such data with other users (s). VeerCo reserves the right to reject any user's registration and to revoke their membership, together with the accompanying User ID and Password, for any reason. A registered membership on the website may be suspended or terminated at any time, without prior notice, in the interest of VeerCo or the overall welfare of its visitors or other members.

Users/You agree to be contacted by VeerCo via phone calls, SMS alerts, or any other means of communication about the services offered by VeerCo, notwithstanding the fact that the user/my number(s) and those of my company are listed on the Do Not Call Registry.

As part of their agreement, users promise to, among other things: 1. Fill out the registration form on VeerCo’s website completely and truthfully; 2. Keep the personal and non-personal Data truthful, accurate, current, and full by maintaining and immediately updating it. VeerCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate or block access to their membership with the Website and refuse to grant users access to the Website if users provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if VeerCo has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or not in accordance with the User Agreement.

6. Use Of VeerCo’s Website

Users acknowledge and accept that VeerCo and the other Websites just provide hosting services to their Registered Users and anybody else who visits or browses the Website. All things advertised/listed and the contents within are third-party user-created material and are marketed and listed by registered users. XYZ has no control over the user-generated material created by third parties.

Please be aware that the Intermediary has the right to immediately terminate users' access or usage rights to the Intermediary's computer resource and delete any non-compliant information in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules 2011 in case of noncompliance with the user agreement and privacy policy for access or usage of the Intermediary's computer resource

Users are not permitted to host, display, upload, change, publish, transmit, update, or distribute any information or material that:

  • Belongs to someone else and over which users have no legal authority;
  • Is genuinely harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invading another person's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable; disparaging; relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any way; or unlawfully threatening or harassing, including but not limited to "indecent representation of women" as defined by the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.
  • Harms kids in any way;
  • Violates any patent, trademark, copyright, other intellectual rights, or the trade secrets, publicity, or privacy rights of a third party; is dishonest or involves the sale of goods that are fake or stolen;
  • Violates any already applicable law;
  • Deceives or misleads the recipient/users about the source of such communications or transmits any egregiously offensive or threatening content;
  • Impersonate someone else;
  • Contains Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines that could harm, negatively interfere with, diminish the value of, covertly intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; or contains any computer code, files, or programs designed to interfere with, destroy, or restrict the functionality of any computer resource;
  • Threatens India's sovereignty, unity, defense, integrity, cordial relations with other countries, public order, or encourages the commission of any crimes that are punishable by law, obstructs the investigation of such crimes, or insults any other country
  • Shall not offer, seek to offer, trade, or attempt to trade in any object whose dealing is forbidden or limited in any way under the terms of any relevant law, rule, regulation, or guideline currently in effect; neither directly nor indirectly.
  • Shall not put us in jeopardy or make us lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers; and Shall not link to or include descriptions of anything that is against the User Agreement or any other current law, including but not limited to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs And Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, or the Indian Penal Code

Users must always ensure full compliance with all applicable domestic laws, rules, and regulations (including any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force), international laws, foreign exchange laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations (including, but not limited to, Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, etc.), as well as all applicable domestic laws, rules, and regulations. Users must not carry out any transactions for goods or services that are outside the terms of any relevant laws, including any current exchange control laws or regulations. In particular, users must make sure that any objects users advertise on the website that qualifies as "Antiquity" or "Art treasure" as those terms are defined in the Act ("Artwork") are marked as "non-exportable" and sold in accordance with the terms of the Arts and Antiquities Act.

In accordance with the terms of the agreement, User(s) hereby grant VeerCo an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) license to display and use all information provided by them as well as to exercise any copyright, publicity, database rights, thirdparty copyrights, trademarks, trade secret rights, patents, and other personal or proprietary rights they may have in such material or information. The User Agreement and VeerCo’s Privacy Policy shall both govern how it uses its Information.

Users will sometimes be in charge of disseminating details about the goods or services users want to sell. Users promise that all of this information will be true and truthful in every way. Users must not oversell or overemphasize the product characteristics of such products or services in order to deceive other Users in any way.
